Hysen revealed that the motivation behind Hub And Jan, I wanted to create a platform that could lead to other social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Individually they offer great features, but its a pain to switch between them, especially as a blogger. The seamless integration of social media sites is a key factor in creating the platform for the generation Y Hub.

Hub pages are viewed as valuable Internet real estate. They are customizable through a study of internal design, and provide a facelift to the sheet of paper to represent visually the members, the talents of skill sets, companies, or the opinions of site visitors. Generation Y members are limited to concentrators jury and Generation Y (those born between 1975 and 1995). Hub Generation Y represents an international community with members currently representing the United States, Canada, Norway, Romania, Mexico, Malaysia and Tunisia. Britt Hysen

Generation Y Hub founder, Britt Hysen, is a true millennial definition to juggle college life, while launching a media business. She began her acting career and is best known for her role as Maria, a secretary of the Sterling Cooper ad agency in the first two seasons of Mad Men (AMC). Since the transition to journalism, Britt has covered historical events as surprising Deal Los Angeles in his seventh day with speaker Danny Glover, the first major Black Tea Party protest held outside the 2011 NAACP convention, and an unprecedented , one-on-one interview with the editor of the Internet, Andrew Breitbart, who presented his vision of Generation Y just a few months before his death.

Reid and Motafram are charged with the design and deployment of these technologies and services.

Bill will drive the advancement of our suite of tools and services, while Feroze will guide the development of our companys operational infrastructure as we take our products into full-scale production. Reid, who will be responsible for shaping the product vision and roadmap, comes to Numera following a successful ten-year career with Microsoft, where he managed development of strategic health products including Microsoft HealthVault and Amalga. He has his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters of Science from Tufts University. He is a founding member and past president of the Washington State Healthcare Executive Forum, a chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, serves as a mentor and program advisor for the University of Washington Masters of Health Administration Program, and is board-certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Motafram, who is a recognized innovator of supply chain management and new product introduction processes, will oversee supply chain management, supplier relations, provisioning and fulfillment. Prior to Numera, he was Vice President of Operations for Cardiac Science Corporation. Motafram has his Masters of Electrical Engineering from Marquette University, recently completed an advanced management program at University of Chicagos Booth School of Business, and is certified in lean systems implementation by the University of Tennessee.
