7. Universal Insurance System Validation – Insurance companies must be linked to the DMV.
8. Tie-in Sales – No changes in coverage deductibles or without the consent of the insured.
9. Emergency Plans and Response – Response Plan requirement for insurance companies.
10. Modernization of the identification card Auto insurance -. Issuing plastic magnetic stripe cards
